Kelsey was wonderful taking a last minute appointment so that I could attend my parent’s funeral with no worries for Bailey. She is excellent and so engaging with our dog. 5 stars is not enough!
Kelsey responded quickly and directly. No drama, scheduling and coordinating was very easy. I was very excited that Kelsey sent more than one picture for each of the visits. We’ll try to use her again!
HIGHLY recommend Kelsey. My wife and I just adopted a 3 month old puppy, and I was incredibly anxious about 1) having someone come into our home and 2) making sure our pup gets the proper care and attention he needs. She quickly put all my anxiety to rest. We return to our home the way we left it, and she cares for and LOVES our pup as if he was her own. 10/10 would recommend

- When watching clients' pets, some areas of importance to know ahead of time may include: 1. **Medical Needs**: Any medications, allergies, or specific health concerns. Scheduled feeding times and dietary restrictions. 2. **Behavioral Traits**: How the pet behaves around strangers, other animals, or specific triggers. Any aggressive tendencies, fears, or quirks. 3. **Routine**: The pet's daily schedule, including feeding, potty breaks, and favorite activities. 4. **Emergency Contacts**: Veterinarian's contact details and any preferred emergency clinics. 5. **Training Commands**: Specific commands or cues the pet is familiar with, as well as any ongoing training protocols or house rules. 6. **Special Preferences**: Favorite toys, bedding, or any comfort items that the pet prefers. 7. **Exercise Requirements**: How often and how long the pet should be exercised, and any favorite play activities. 8. **Escape Tendencies**: If the pet has any habits of trying to run away or specific things that might trigger such behavior. 9. **Recent Incidents**: Any recent behavioral or health incidents that might be of relevance. 10. **Grooming Needs**: If there are any specific grooming tasks to be performed, such as brushing or administering eye drops. Understanding these areas will not only ensure the safety and well-being of the pets but will also provide them with a comfortable and stress-free experience while in your care.
