When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their own familiar environment and maintaining their normal routine. During each visit, I make sure they are fed according to instructions, have fresh water, and that any necessary areas are cleaned. I also spend time providing attention, whether that’s play, interaction, or quiet companionship depending on their needs and personality. I’m mindful of each pet’s comfort level and always let them set the pace, especially if they are shy or need time to warm up. I also ensure the home is secure before leaving and provide updates and photos so you can feel confident everything is going smoothly while you’re away.
