Pet care experience

I will treat your pets as my own!

I took care of my neighbor’s three dogs from 15-20 until I had to move away to college. I worked at a local boarding facility for several months with cats and dogs. I’ve worked in veterinary practice for 4 years and interact with cats and dogs every day! I also have experience housesitting and dogsitting for family and friends the last few years as well. I have experience house sitting and caring for cats as well. This included checking up on the cats, caring for any medical issues, feeding and changing/checking the cat litter. I am a current student home for the summer!

I have a fenced in yard at home. I feed my dogs twice a day and take them for walks daily. I also do different activities like taking them to dog parks and training classes.

I am pleased to recommend Kelsey, as a pet sitter. At 23 years old, she has spent her entire life caring for animals and has a genuine passion for their health, happiness, and well-being. Kelsey has always helped care for our family dogs and has extensive experience caring for pets outside our home as well. For nearly nine years, she has cared for a neighbor's three dogs and two cats, providing dependable and loving care whenever needed. She has also been cat-sitting for another family in our neighborhood for almost two years. These long-term relationships are a testament to the trust pet owners place in her and the exceptional care she provides. She recently completed her first year of veterinary school and is working toward her goal of becoming a veterinarian. Her education gives her additional knowledge of animal health, behavior, and safety, allowing her to recognize concerns that others might miss and provide attentive, informed care. Kelsey is responsible, reliable, compassionate, and patient with animals of all personalities and ages. She understands that pets are beloved family members and treats every animal as if it were her own. Whether your pet needs exercise, companionship, playtime, feeding, medication support, or simply a caring presence while you're away, Kelsey will provide exceptional care and attention. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and loving pet sitter. Any pet owner would be fortunate to have her care for their furry family members.

I’m currently work nights 1-3 times a week to weekends. I take care of pets every day in my profession. I will walk my dogs after work often, sometimes twice daily if I go into work late that day or get off early.

I have no preference for breed or size of animal. I have experience working with medically complex animals due to my veterinary experience so I can handle things such as a diabetes, oral meds, etc.
