I’ve had dogs in my family since the day I was born and frequently pet sit for friends and neighbors. I am very comfortable working with anxious dogs, multiple dogs at once, older dogs, puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and dogs that need medication. I love to take dogs for runs and walks — and have been working on my throw for fetch! 😂

I live in Downtown Durham—right across from the Durham Bulls stadium and less than a mile to Oakwood Park. I love getting your pups out of the house, but on hot or rainy days I can get creative with engaging your pups indoors as well.

Kelsey did an amazing job taking care of my cat Jovie! She communicated very clearly, and Jovie was very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend Kelsey!
Kelsey is terrific! Zinny was immediately comfortable with her. She is laid back and was super responsive. Her communications were excellent with great pics and updates. We are happy to have met her, and will definitely contact her again!
Kelsey was awesome as usual, would not know what to do without her! She has been able to get my hidey cat out to be seen and sometimes even touched.
Kelsey was fantastic! She was flexible and super understanding when we had a minor situation early on while she was staying with my dog. She sent great updates, and I came home to a happy and well-cared for pup. I will definitely reach out to Kelsey next time I need a petsitter!
Kelsey took amazing care of our large, senior dog while she was housesitting for us for several nights. She was communicative and kind and she took great care of our home (even lugging in a large Chewy box that was unexpectedly delivered!)…but most importantly, Bull adored her and we knew he was so comfortable and loved while we were away. Would absolutely hire her again.
Kelsey is my top choice of pet sitter after having hired her twice for my elderly cat (requires strict oral med schedule) and middle aged Aussie/border collie. Both of my critters absolutely loved her and she was on time, reliable, extra loving, and sent me periodic pictures and updates :) she left my place clean and neat, and even emptied my dishwasher that I had run at the start of her second stay. The peace of mind I had while she stayed was priceless (and tbh I’m on the anxious side when it comes to my fur babies). It was the first series of times I’d traveled this year after a move and several medical diagnoses with my cat. She’s amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! She even was super accommodating/flexible on the tail end of my trip with some flight delays, which was amazing. I will always ask her first now for my pet sitting needs!
