A couple years ago I moved to LKN from Chicago and downloaded rover as a side gig as I expanded my main business, and while I swear that somehow still feels like yesterday, now I'm so happy to say I've been enjoying LKN for a while now! I've always been that person who looked after all the animals – my family's pets, neighbors' pups, and friends' furry (and human) babies. Back in Chicago, about a decade ago (crazy how time flies!), I even ran my own dog-walking business. I walked, trained, and boarded all sorts of breeds, from tiny puppies to sweet seniors. Now, I've had a blast reviving my paw care business right here in LKN! My lovable pug, Gilbert, is now 11 years young, and he's still the best companion a girl could ask for. We're regulars at Jetton, and he just lights up making new friends. Gilbert is super chill and gets along with everyone, both two-legged and four-legged, so he's the perfect welcoming committee for your pups. Since I work from home, I'm pretty much always around. So is my boyfriend, fellow animal lover. You'll find me here, or out exploring trails or enjoying the water with Gilbert. I also loveee to rollerblade with any dog who can run with me (one at a time). My schedule is flexible and always updated here to make sure I can give your dog the best care. While I'm expanding my main lash business (I see clients or train 3-4 days a week in a separate room), I've got a spacious 3-bedroom home with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfy. Plus, I build in lots of breaks throughout my day – perfect for some quality pup time and getting outside! I'm a creature of habit, and that works out perfectly for the dogs! Gilbert eats twice a day, right when I do. We love our out-ings after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and sometimes a quick potty break before bed if I'm up late. There's a fenced-in dog run nearby which makes life easy, and we often leash up and head to the beautiful trails or water walkways. They're great, and there are always trash and poop-bag stations handy. If your dog has any special meal times or needs, no problem at all! I just weave it right into our routine. I'm also thrilled to share that I now have a growing team of awesome animal care folks here in LKN. This means even more flexibility and top-notch care for your beloved pets!
