We have had the pleasure of working with Kelsey a few times as our pet sitter through the Rover app, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Her attention to detail is exceptional, whether it's sticking to feeding schedules, providing extra playtime, or simply making sure Max gets all the love and cuddles he deserves. Another aspect that we greatly appreciate is Kelsey’s consistent communication. During each pet sitting session, she sends us regular updates, complete with photos, which always brings a smile to our faces. It’s incredibly reassuring to receive these updates and see Max looking content and well-cared for. The photos aren’t just quick snapshots; they capture Max in moments of joy and relaxation, which is a testament to how comfortable he feels around Kelsey. Additionally, Kelsey is highly reliable and professional. Her organizational skills are impeccable, and we have never had to worry about any aspect of her care. Her professionalism extends to her interactions with us as well; she is always courteous, responsive, and accommodating to any specific requests or adjustments we might have. We’ve used a couple pet sitters in the past, but Kelsey truly stands out as the best. Her genuine love for animals, combined with her exceptional caregiving skills, sets her apart. We have complete trust in her ability to take care of Max, and it’s such a relief to know he is in good hands whenever we are away.
