For house sitting clients, my priority is your pet and your home. I plan to spend the majority of my time at your home bringing you your pet peace of mind. I look forward to creating a partnership we are all comfortable with! For dog walking/drop in clients- we’ll discuss your goal for the visit and agree upon a plan. Is it to meet a basic need? Provide mental stimulation? Exercise? For pet parents- it’s important to note that often times, it’s not about the distance walked. Rather, the level of engagement and mental stimulation your pet receives.

A typical day
You tell me your pet’s routine and I will do my very best to recreate it. Anything I can do to provide a sense of stability for your pet will make their time more peaceful and enjoyable. Some pets can be anxious when separated from their parents, my goal is to give them comfort and lots of love.

We will create a unique care plan for your pet with: my 20 year's of experience + your expert knowledge of your pet + evidence based care practices. Let's start with a phone call for a quick get-to-know you. If we're aligned, I'd love to move forward with scheduling a meet and greet! I’m experienced with positive reinforcement training with animals of all ages, temperaments, and special needs. I have cared for pets with various health conditions like heart & liver diseases, mobility aid harness, blind and deafness, arthritis, anxiety, the list goes on and on. Kelsey was a great fit to stay with our senior dog Pennie. She was attentive to all of her needs and took great care of her. We were provided with daily updates and pictures of a very happy dog. Our trip was stress free as we knew Pennie was in great hands. Kelsey was very respectful of our home and it was very tidy when we got back. We would definitely have Kelsey back to watch our sweet Pennie.
Kelso was fabulous! She took great care of the pups and was very respectful of our house and things. She left the place clean and tidy and our dogs tired and happy. I would love to book with Kelso again in the future.
Shorty has a wonderful time with Kelsey and Oliver ("Ollie"). Ollie was a great playmate, and Kelsey was very attentive. During the meet and greet it was obvious that she loves and understands dogs, was easy-going yet attentive to their body language as the dogs got to know one another. Sent regular pics and updates, and it was obvious that Shorty was happy and relaxed. She even did a bit of training with him! When I picked him up, he kissed her goodbye and it was clear he and Ollie hated to be separated. Kelsey will be my #1 choice for future stays.
Kelsey was awesome! We met beforehand, which was appreciated, to ensure it would be a good fit. I got daily updates and photos. Cappy came home happy with no signs that we were missed :) Would definitely book again.
