Hi! I’m a teacher on summer break and a lifelong dog lover. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and started dog sitting when I was 12, so caring for pups has always been second nature to me. I currently have a reactive pit bull, which has taught me a lot about patience, structure, reading body language, and building trust with dogs who need a little extra understanding. She’s also brought me a ton of joy and deepened my love for all types of dogs, especially those with big personalities. This summer, I’m looking forward to spending my time outside, staying active, and making some new furry friends along the way. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, and I always aim to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether your dog needs long walks, playtime, or just a calm and reliable presence, I’d love to help!

I always follow the owner’s directions closely to ensure each pet is cared for in a way that matches their normal routine and needs. I prioritize safety above all else and take time to understand each pet’s behavior, preferences, and any special instructions. I also like to do a meet and greet beforehand so everyone feels comfortable and we can make sure it’s a good fit. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and positive environment for every pet in my care.

Kelsey did a great job cat sitting for me. Very communicative, took the cutest pictures, and gave my orange boy plenty of play time. Definitely recommend!
I’ve used Kelsey for pet sitting my two dogs and a highly recommend her. She is very doting on my fur babies and I trust her impeccably. She gives them the attention they need with walks and cuddles of course! And she always makes sure they have equal treats! My dogs are always happy to see her!

Schedule
My schedule is fairly flexible, especially during the summer, as I work part-time. I have a lot of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and playtime, and I do my best to accommodate different needs. Occasionally I may be traveling, but I’m always open to messages, feel free to reach out and see what I can make work. I do not offer overnight stays, as I have a dog of my own at home, but I’m happy to provide consistent, reliable daytime care.
