Hello dog lovers! My name is Kelsey and I am an animal lover and youth & family counsellor with the vancouver island YMCA in a variety of neurodiverse settings. I have always felt a closeness and sincere love for all animals :) I am a responsible individual and am so excited to love and care for your furry friend! I have raised my own pup for 15 years and now have a sweet, gentle border collie named Takaya who recently turned 4! Takaya loves all dogs - but can also very easily be separated from your pup as we have a relatively large property, as I know all dogs have differing levels of comfortability around other dogs. In addition to dogs, I also have experience caring for rabbits, guinea pigs, and cats. As my work is currently flexible & often remote - I will be available the vast majority of each day to spend time caring for your loved one. Travelling frequently over the past few years, I am truly able to empathise with other pet owners as they hope for peace of mind in regards to their pets well-being and comfort while they're away. It is my goal to offer you this sense of peace and to love your furry family member as I would my own. I can also provide pick up and drop off! I can't wait to hear from you! Kelsey
