My yard is fully privacy fenced with a large deck. I have a few small gates I can set up in the house for introducing animals slowly or separating everyone for downtime and breaks. I have a few harnesses/collars, leashes, and a caution symbol to use on walks unless you prefer your current gear. I own a large crate for my 80lb lab that can be used as needed.

Information Kelsey G. would like to know about your pet
My home is a little small and I do have my own dog. Unfortunately, that means I have to restrict either the number or the size of the dogs I board/sit at one time, but otherwise I do not have any breed preferences or restrictions. I would like to know what your dog's normal routine is and generally know about your dog's temperament before their stay.
A typical day
There is a small park very near my home and we can take a lap around that for dogs with lower energy, or take a long loop around the Madison Heights High School. My back yard is modestly sized, enough for a game of fetch or chase. I have a deck that my dog frequently bird watches or naps on.

Pet care experience
I've walked dogs in the metro Detroit area for around 5 years. I love active dogs, but I don't mind to slow the pace if your dog isn't as energetic. I'm available all day for walks and visits. For boarding and sitting, I am typically available if given a week of prior notice. I love to make sure your companion feels loved and cared for, even when you are away. Dogs love routine and I will adapt to yours! I have experience with all ages, from puppy to senior, and I can administer medications as well. I have plenty of experience with cats and other pets, including the very shy. I live pretty close to the 696 and 75 junction, so getting to and from my house is usually easy.

Kelsey has been caring for my dog for couple years now. she is always been very accommodating to my ever-changing needs and schedule. My dogs absolutely love her. During the pandemic, she had been wearing a mask when she's inside the house and washes her hands before she touches anything. I appreciate that she's taking extra precautions to keep herself and her clients safe!
Kelsey was beyond awesome with my 2 extremely crazy and high-energy pointers. She was also very patient and very fast with responding. She sent me photos and videos of my dogs. She also was kind enough to take my dogs to their usual dog park. I highly recommend Kelsey. I would trust her with my dogs any day! Also she was very accommodating. Thanks a lot!
Kelsey was great with Floyd and gave regular updates about his stay. I could tell he had a good time. Highly recommended.
Kelsey is very kind, patient and flexible. She sent enough pictures to let us know our dogs were doing great. She allowed them to cuddle in her couch. They ate good and looked relaxed and comfortable. Thank you Kelsey!
