Kelsey took great care of our dog while we were out of town! She was communicative and followed all instructions.

So thankful for Kelsey! She is extremely prompt, reliable, and thorough. We were able to fully relax on our 10-day trip knowing coco was having a great time & being well taken care of every day! Thank you so much Kelsey & we can’t wait to book again.

This is the second time Kelsey has stayed at my house and taken care of all my pets and once again she did an excellent job. One of my dogs had just had ACL repair surgery and I trusted her completely to follow the doctor’s instructions and to give her the medications that were prescribed. I will definitely be calling her for pet sitting in the future when it is needed! Thank you Kelsey so much for caring for my babies and for leaving my house in excellent condition!!!

Kelsey is a very nice and responsive person. She arrived on time for our meet-and-greet visits and was good with my reactive pup, Zoey. I appreciated that she communicated well and didn’t hesitate to ask questions when needed. I also left detailed printed instructions for both dogs to make everything as clear as possible. However, during her four-day stay at our home, we ran into several issues that left us disappointed. First, she arrived an hour late for the scheduled 8 a.m. start time. While delays can happen, communication and punctuality are important when caring for pets. We also had a concern regarding the amount of time the dogs were left without a potty break. One day, she left for an event around 3:30ish p.m., and the dogs had last been taken out shortly after 11 a.m. She did not return until around 9:30 that evening. That is far too long for dogs to go without being let out. She later stated that she had taken them out before leaving, but that was not accurate based on our records. Another disappointment was the lack of walks and exercise. Zoey never received actual walks, despite being capable of longer outings, and Thor only received very short potty breaks. We specifically requested that Thor’s walks be kept under 15 minutes due to his heart condition — not eliminated entirely. We expected more than 5-minute potty trips, especially during a multi-day house sit. Lastly, on the final day, she asked what time we wanted her to stay until, and we reminded her that the booking was scheduled through 3:30 p.m. Despite that, she left about an hour early, even though we had paid for the extended stay. Overall, Kelsey was kind and responsive, but the experience ultimately felt like only the bare minimum level of care was provided. The issues with punctuality and limited exercise.

I highly recommend Kelsey as a pet- sitter! I was very anxious to leave my Kiki and she made me feel so much better with pictures and communication which helped me to relax and enjoy my trip. Kiki also seemed very happy and everything was nice and clean when I returned. Thank you so much Kelsey😊🫶🐶

She was great and caring. She takes the time to listen and is wonderful with my girl Zozo.
