I work Monday thru Thursday full time, and work mornings on Friday, so my availability is limited to Fridays and weekends. Fridays and Sundays are the best days to do meet and greets on, usually during late morning or early afternoon, but I can be flexible if needed.

Please let me know if there’s anything I need to know about your pet ahead of time such as any chronic health issues, allergies, behavioral concerns such as constant barking, nipping, etc. or anything else relevant to caring for your pet. I can provide oral medications if needed, as I do so for my own dog. I would just need to know what the medication is for and the times it is given. For those requesting dog walks, please let me know if they have a set route they take for the walk. Thank you!
A typical day
When I take care of your pet, I will follow any directions you provided and make sure that I have all of the details I need to be able to care for them in the same way that you would. It’s important to me that I’m able to make your dog comfortable and happy during my visit!

I love spending time with pets. I previously worked with dogs at a doggy day care for a couple of years while I was in college, and volunteered at a local animal shelter caring for both dogs and cats. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, and I especially love the shy/nervous dogs! I will follow any guidelines you set for your pet’s care, and provide a thorough update with lots of pics. Kelsey has been a close friend and trusted doggy stepmom. She takes care of my small dog, and gives him all of the snuggles and affection he wants. She is also familiar with many of the local parks (and state parks in the area), where has taken her dog and mine to enjoy socializing outside. She is familiar with oral and topical medication administration for cats and dogs, is able to trim nails of cats and dogs, and is very in-tune with dogs and cats’ emotions or needs.
Your fur babies will be in the best care with Kelsey! She is responsible, communicative, and treats your pets as if they were her own. I trust Kelsey fully and my cats adore her (even my very shy cat). She truly gives any animal all the love and care they deserve and always goes above and beyond to make sure they are safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!
