Hi I’m Kelsey 😊 My husband, James, and I are two major pet lovers. We have had experience caring for both cats and dogs to kittens and puppies. We love giving the attention and care needed to a pet when their beloved owner is away and we would love to make you experience away a little easier by knowing your loved one is taken care of properly. We have plenty of experience with medications, baths, nail care, exercise necessities and potty breaks. We live next to the Bristol Downs, which is perfect for long walks and exercise. Together, we can give your pet everything they need, as if you were here yourself.

Kelsey and James were absolutely brilliant with our little dachshund! They clearly really understand the breed and took such great care of him. We got loads of lovely updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Kelsey and James were fantastic with Missy, amazingly conscientious and kind to ensure Missy’s needs were all met and she was well looked after. They provided regular updates and lots of pics for reassurance too.
Our dog had a lovely stay with Kelsey and came home very calm and well behaved. The photos that Kelsey sent were really great and kept us connected with how she was getting on. We would definitely be happy to use Kelsey again.
Kelsey and James were fabulous! Making Juno feel at home, lovely walk and sniff, paying her attention but giving her space. I could tell when I picked her up that she had got to know them and liked them! Who could want more!

Schedule
My husband and I live together in a flat, so I advertise us both for the care of your pet. My partner works full time from home, so he can tend to frequent potty breaks with any pets personal needs. We are a minute walk away from the Downs, which is ideal for any bathroom breaks or long walks. I return home from work by 5pm on weekdays, and I am available for any pet care needs then, as well as all day on weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
We have space for a crate if needed but we also allow your pet to be free in our home. Our furniture is not off limits but we do prefer to sleep without a dog in our bed. We are happy to keep the dog bed by our bedside or crate them in another room if that is your preference. We are diligent with feeding times and any medications that may need to be distributed. We also enjoy lots of walks through the downs and we are happy with both lead and off-lead walks, depending on your preference. We have experience with both crate training and lead training. Our home is tidy and free from any hazards for your pet. We do not feed human food to any pets whatsoever.
A typical day
Our typical care looks like frequent potty breaks whenever needed and at least 3 walks a day. We like to start with a morning walk for at least 15 minutes, followed by an afternoon walk for about an hour, which includes lots of playtime and exercise, and finally a quick walk in the evening for any leftover energy. Throughout the day we would enjoy playing with your pup with toys and treats and any training if needed.
