I grew up with animals and have cared for lots of dogs and cats for friends and family members over the years. I am a pet lover and had my own rescue senior fur baby until she passed away last summer. I miss her dearly and would love nothing more than to care for your sweet fur baby as well.

Kellye was absolutely fantastic with our dog, Ida! She sent daily updates along with tons of adorable, fun photos that made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond. Ida clearly loved her stay and settled in right away. Before the booking, Kellye even offered a meet-and-greet so she could get to know Ida and walk us through her space, which made us feel so comfortable and confident in leaving our pup with her. We feel so lucky to have found Kellye and will 100% be booking with her again in the future. Highly recommend!
Kellye was great! She really took a lot of time to ask questions and get to know my pup before I dropped her off for her week long stay! I felt totally comfortable dropping my pup off and Kellye was great with updates and communication! 10/10!

Schedule
I’m currently on a hybrid schedule but work from home mostly. I can take your dog out before work, on a break, and after work, including a longer walk at some point in the day as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a safe and secure area and apartment. There is an unfenced backyard I use occasionally, but I mostly go downstairs for walks on the sidewalk. I can easily accommodate a crate in my kitchen or living room. ***I just wanted to mention also that I do have quite a few stairs leading up to my apartment. It’s typically not an issue, but I did have to carry my pup up and down them when she became a senior and had some arthritis set in. I’m happy to do that for yours as well, but I think it would be more difficult for dogs over 20lbs, so please keep that in mind when you’re looking for a good fit for a sitter and your dog’s circumstance.
A typical day
I know all dogs are different and have different needs. I can’t walk with a senior dog like I can with a younger one. I have a stroller that can fit small breeds if necessary. I like to walk as much as possible, so if your dog needs lots of exercise, I’m good with that.
