I work as a school bookkeeper, so during the school year I’m away from home from about 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and home by 3:30 each afternoon. Evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks allow me plenty of quality time to care for your pup. My husband also helps, so your dog will be part of our family’s daily routine and receive lots of love and attention.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a fully fenced yard, a clean, non-smoking home, and plenty of space if your dog prefers or needs a crate. Our sweet 2-year-old German Shepherd mix, Koda, loves playing with other dogs, and our children have grown up around dogs and know how to interact with them respectfully. We only accept dogs that are comfortable in a family environment so everyone has a safe, fun, and stress-free stay.

I’d love to know your dog’s daily routine, feeding schedule, favorite toys, sleeping habits, and any medications or special instructions. Please let me know about any fears, anxieties, allergies, or behaviors around children or other dogs so I can provide the safest and most comfortable stay possible. My goal is to make your dog feel right at home.
A typical day
Every day includes plenty of potty breaks, outdoor playtime in our fenced yard, walks if your dog enjoys them, and lots of attention and affection. Whether your pup loves to chase a ball, wrestle with Koda, or curl up on the couch for a nap, we’ll follow their routine as closely as possible. I’ll also send regular photo updates so you can enjoy seeing how much fun they’re having while you’re away.

Dogs have always been a part of my family, and caring for them has been second nature my entire life. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet, and I promise to care for your dog the same way I’d want someone to care for mine. My dog, Koda, loves having canine friends over, and our family genuinely enjoys opening our home to other dogs. My goal is for every dog to leave happy, comfortable, and excited to come back!
