I do not have a balcony or a yard, which may not be great for larger pets, but for my mini poodle/smaller dogs, cats, other animals, it is pretty safe. There are also lots of pet owners in the building who are very accustomed to seeing different pets.

I will likely always propose a meet and greet first to go over instructions before starting any services, mainly to understand your preferences and your pet's routine.
A typical day
I walk my own dog 3 times a day. I think it is important to keep up a routine and build that trust with pets. My dog likes to be chased, and being dominant, so I let him :) Many other pets I know enjoyed me taking the lead, and I can direct them, play games, catch, dog park. :)

I am an all-time non-negotiable animal lover! :) My current fur baby is a spoiled 3 year old miniature poodle, Levi. I am comfortable in all kinds of dog care including administering medication if needed.
