I work part-time training group classes, which allows me to have the time needed to care for the dogs staying with me. I'm available for boarding during the week, weekends, most holidays, single overnights and extended stays. My availability for day time sitting can vary but my calendar will always be updated with those times.

All interactions between dogs are supervised to ensure those interactions are a positive experience and a safe experience. I don't have a fenced in yard so each time going outside is on leash, so leash manners will be worked on. I have crates and exercise pens for dogs who get crated at night. During meal times dogs are separated from each other as a precaution to prevent resource guarding. I do have a "gated community" inside my house to prevent mischief in the kitchen or going upstairs to bedrooms.

Please inform me how your dog does on leash walks, specifically if they are reactive towards other dogs, people, cars, bicycles, etc. I do have the skills to help your dog work through those big feelings so being aware of these things in advance is very appreciated. Has your dog ever displayed any form of resource guarding and what triggers that behavior? Is your dog fearful or anxious in any specific situations?

During the time your dog is staying with me they will have daily enrichment activities, such as food puzzles, snuffle mats, sniff walks, "find it" scent games, and training.

My experience in the dog industry goes beyond just boarding or sitting. I have the knowledge, skills, and experience training dogs of all ages and breeds, including service dogs. I currently work part time teaching group classes, leaving quite a bit of my time available to do other things involving dogs. In addition to a safe and friendly place to stay, your dog will get daily enrichment activities and, if needed, house manners training (go to place, leave it, keeping all 4 paws on the floor, going in/out of doorways).

Kelly took great care of Cooper while we were out of town for a week! I loved knowing that she’s a dog trainer. He got along great with her dogs and had a place nearby to run. She was also super responsive. Will definitely use her again.

As usual with my dog, she's ready to go home she's just that way. She seemed well taken care of and alert as usual. Thank you Kelly. One thing I did not like and may have been unhealthy for any dog. The Over powering perfume you put on my dog. If she had gotten urine on herself, oh well but ashe was so overpowered by perfume. It made me ill just breathing it in
