Loving to all furry friends!
I rescued my late dog who was my biggest teacher, cared for him in his senior years until we had to put him down recently. I volunteer with Highway50 Freedom Ride and transport dogs from kill shelters in South CO to new homes in the Denver area, so I am well-equipped with handling dogs that may not play well with others or have an abusive past. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes and attitudes and do what it takes to earn their trust. I do Rover for fun! I am not ready to get another dog so this is the best way to get my dog fix. I will treat your dog as I would treat my own.

Kelly was just absolutely fantastic to have watching our fur babies. She communicates very well is very caring and was just an overall delight.

As always, Kelly was amazing! Lots of pictures of our baby were sent and Moose loves going to visit Kelly and spend the night. He gets SO excited when he pulls up and sees her! Thank you for giving us a worry-free weekend away and taking care of Moose as if he was your own.
Nova seemed to love her second stay with Kelly! Kelly sent frequent updates and photos, and she was easy to coordinate with and flexible when our flight home got slightly delayed. We’ll definitely book with Kelly again.
My high-energy dog is currently passed out and snoring after an exciting weekend of walks, sunbathing, and patrolling for squirrels. Kelly sent lots of pictures and updates and I was able to have a worry-free trip knowing my sweet pup was happy!
Kelly was so great and gave us some much needed coverage in a pinch!! Our pup was so happy! Kelly is amazing about communicating and sending photos/videos. I would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone needing care for their dog!

Schedule
I work from 7-5 Monday thru Friday, but am free on weekends and evenings! I am also flexible around holidays and am happy to stay at your home or have your pet stay at my home. Please message me if you would like to book with me but it's not in my normal range - I can be flexible but I can only bend so much. I do not want to disrupt my work schedule if there is someone else that works with Rover full time that would be better equipped to handle your pup during the weekdays.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard in the Washington Park area. And love to take walks to the park! I currently do not have any pets. Your pet is allowed on the bed/furniture and I do supervise when they are out in the yard/patios even though it is all fenced in. I keep multiple water bowls around and make sure that they are comfortable. I do live with a male, so if your dog is uncomfortable around males, this would not be the best location.
A typical day
I love to walk around neighborhoods or Wash Park, happy to travel to other nearby parks. I love to stimulate dogs with snuffle mats, play however they enjoy playing, and give them bone marrows.
