Kelly can care for
Availability
I am a single woman, with no pets or children, who gets my furry cuddles in at work, with my petsitting gigs, and on foster field trips with The Animal Foundation. I am working full time in a fairly flexible job environment at a nonprofit veterinary clinic. I can work from home if needed, but regularly tend to be available after 5pm on weekdays if I am in the office. I am available on weekends and holidays.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in your home, my focus is always on their safety, comfort, and routine. I take the time to learn each pet’s schedule, preferences, and quirks so they feel secure while their family is away. Whether it’s sticking to walk times, providing enrichment activities, or ensuring they get snuggles and playtime, I keep their environment stress-free and familiar. I treat every home with respect and care, keeping things tidy and making sure your pets (and your space) are safe and well looked after.
Information Kelly S. would like to know about your pet
I need to know what YOU feel comfortable with when you hang out with your pups! Are they good with people and kids? Do they have reactive triggers? What do they like to do? Are they independent or like to cuddle? Any silly quirks I need to know? Do they need medication? Treat or toy motivated? What are their commands, if any? The more info the better so never be shy about letting me know what your pet needs to be happy and what you need for peace of mind.
A typical day
Depends on the pup! For adventurous doggos on hotter months I like to go on short hikes at Mnt Charleston. Floyd Lamb and Sunset Park strolls are a go-to on cooler months. Always with a pup cup stop on the way home! We'd could also chill at Lazy Dog for lunch or dinner, or cuddle on the couch for a Lord of the Rings marathon if that's their vibe. 😉

Kelly is amazing! The pictures she takes are hilarious and you can tell she has a true passion for animals. So thankful to have met her

Kelly was fantastic! She stayed at our house for 3 nights and watched our 17 year old siamese kitty Molly while we were out of town for the holidays. Kelly was quick to respond to every message and sent us lots of great photos and videos. Molly was very relaxed when we came home which is a clear sign of a good cat sitter. Highly recommend Kelly for your pets!

Kelly did great with my two cats! I loved the vids and pictures I got over the weekend reassuring me they were doing great. I’m so thankful my pets were taken care of so well.
I have a high-energy dog who’s usually frantic when I return from even a short trip. But after a long weekend in Kelly’s care, I came home to a calm, content, and sleepy pup. It was such a relief! Kelly has a natural way with animals—my dog adored her, and even my neighbors commented on how talented and attentive she was. She took my collie on hikes in Mount Charleston, plenty of car rides, and even taught her a new trick! I can now travel guilt-free, knowing my dog is well cared for and genuinely happy. I’m sure she’s looking forward to her next weekend with her new bestie.
