I’ll walk your dog throughout the day, feed them, give them fresh water, play, and cuddle with them! I avoid dog parks and other dogs on walks to prevent risky situations. I also do not let dogs off leash for their safety. I will send lots of photos of your dog to let you know they’re okay. I also live within walking distance to the VCA Alexandria animal hospital.

Kelly is our go-to sitter. She’s responsible, very easy to coordinate with, and flexible when travel plans change. I don’t worry about my pup when he’s with Kelly, and she sends updates during the stay.
I use Kelly all the time!!!!! She is wonderful with my anxious Shih Tzu. Very gentle and patient with him. She sends pictures and provides regular updates. I refer her to everyone!!!

Schedule
I work full time in DC 4 days a week. I telework 1 day a week (mostly Mondays). My police officer boyfriend also lives with me and helps me with our furry visitors. ***Please note that I am going to pause my dog boarding services starting on August 2026. I am adopting a puppy that month and want to focus on training my new dog. I might return to Rover once my dog is fully house trained***

I make sure the dog gets all needed foods and medication, clean fresh water, and a hazard free environment away from forbidden foods and dangerous objects.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs and explore the neighborhood with them. I enjoy playing fetch and tug of war, giving lots of belly rubs, and practicing training commands with them. Also, we will be doing lots of couch cuddling watching TV. I will try to send you lots of photos!
