Loving Care While You’re Away
I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and have years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages and personalities. After losing my own beloved senior dogs, I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life permanently, but I truly miss having animals around and would love the opportunity to care for yours as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic dogs who love walks and playtime to senior pets who simply want companionship, cuddles and a cozy place to nap. I’ve also cared for large dogs, including my 100-lb Boxer, so bigger pups don’t intimidate me! I understand how important it is to know that your pets are safe, loved and getting plenty of attention while you’re away. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible, with plenty of affection and updates for you along the way.

I know how much trust it takes to leave both your pets and your home in someone else’s care. I will treat your home respectfully and your pets as if they were my own. I’m careful about doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions and medications, and I’ll follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible. Their safety and comfort are always my priority, and I’m happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you can relax while you’re away!

Kelly took exceptional care of our dog. It was clear from my first interaction with her that she has a deep love and appreciation for all living things. I felt very comfortable leaving Annie with her for the weekend and was reassured that she was safe and cared for through regular photos and videos. Kelly recognized my nerves over leaving our dog with a new sitter and was respectful of our needs, thorough in her attention to detail, and loving towards Annie. We are so pleased that Annie was able to roam free in her fully fenced in backyard! We won't hesitate to rely on Kelly's services again - we can't thank her enough!

Schedule
I work full-time from 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., but I have flexibility that works really well for pet sitting. I’m available to stay in your home during the workweek as long as you have reliable Wi-Fi, which allows me to work remotely and be there with your pets throughout the day. I’m also available for walks and drop-in visits after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and have more flexibility on weekends. I love having furry coworkers!

- Tell me everything about your pet! I’d love to know their usual feeding, potty, walking and sleeping routines, favorite activities and any funny little quirks that make them who they are. Please also let me know about medications, allergies, medical needs, fears, behavioral concerns or anything that might make them more comfortable while you’re away. I have experience caring for senior pets and administering medications, including insulin injections for cats, so I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions.
