Bad Dogs Welcome!
Hello! Here I am ladies, gentlemen and friends beyond the binary, send me your bad dogs! I’m Kelly, I recently found myself looking for pet care and discovered how difficult it is to find somebody who can be trusted with animals that aren’t super easy to watch. I have been fostering animals for close to five years but loving them my entire life. I’m happy to help with all sizes and shapes of pets. I specialize in puppies/kittens, senior dogs and high activity breeds! I volunteer for Hairy Houdini Siberian Husky Rescue but have worked with Michelle's rescue as well. Due to this, my forever pets love company and are used to new friends spending time in our home. I have been a pet owner my whole life but as an adult I found my calling for taking in the pets that needed special love and attention. In 2020 I adopted Honey bee, a Siberian Husky that was 10 years old. She is now 14 and living her best life with her little sister Thea who came into our lives in 2022. My cat BC is also 14 and I’ve had her since she was a kitten, she’s been through the thick of it with me! Apollo is the newest addition to our family. He was my nephew’s cat who chose to be mine after staying with me for just under a year. He LOVES to snuggle with other animals and is always happy for guests. I am comfortable with administering medications to your pets (as my senior animals take medications) and I am able to help with post-surgery care if needed! Can’t wait to meet you!

Kelly watched our 8 month old puppy for a weekend and did an awesome job! She sent us photos and kept us up to date on how he was doing. She took him out for fun daytime activities and tired him out for the day we returned. Thanks so much Kelly, highly recommend!

Kelly was GREAT with Howard! I was a little nervous about a house with a few pets already, but they hit it off GREAT and let him burn off some steam. Loved receiving happy pictures of my pup getting just as many belly rubs and play time (if not more) than he gets at home. Thanks for taking such wonderful care of my dog!

Schedule
I work 8-5 M-Th but live very near to work. I typically let the dogs hang out in the yard for the morning while I get ready, let them out at lunch time (usually about 40 minutes of outdoor time) and take them for a 2ish mile walk after work. Depending on the week I should have no issue increasing my stops at home if necessary during the weekday. As far as weekends go I should be home hanging with the dogs for the most part, with maybe running an errand here and there!

I will treat any pet that I am caring for as I would treat my own. Anyone who knows me will tell you that my pets run my life! They are the most important thing to me and I will do whatever I can to make them have a happy, healthy life! I understand how scary it can be to trust a stranger with your pets so I provide daily/hourly/to the minute :'D updates on your pet while they are with me !

A typical day
Depending on your pet’s lifestyle! My dogs go for about a mile and a half walk daily and to the dog park every so often. I can provide a little or as much exercise as needed to keep your pup happy.
