Unfortunately, Kelly cancelled via text with less than 24 hours notice. No explanation given and refused to answer phone. Extremely unprofessional.

We booked Kelly to stay with our pets while we were out of the country for 10days. We met and planned for her to stay at our house because we have two puppies that have to be in a crate when unattended and they are use to having both my husband and I home all day. We told her we didn't care if she spent the night, but it was very important to us that the dogs have someone here during the day so they weren't cooped up in crates all day. She assured us she would be here and treat them like her own pets. During our travel day, we could see via ring and our lock that she was in and out pretty quickly. I asked again if she would be able to spend time at the house and she assured me she would. During the majority of our trip I was unable to see our ring/Kwikset data. When we returned, we saw that Kelly was only at our house for 10-15 min most visits, and on several days only came 2x. This was really disappointing. It's not at all what we agreed on or what we paid for. Kelly did feed our dogs, administer meds appropriately and sent lots of pictures, but we feel so bad for our pups that they were left in crates for 23hrs a day for more than a week. I definitely would not recommend Kelly to a friend and will not be using her again.

Kelly recently looked after our fur baby for 2 nights - her 1st time with Kelly. She kept us updated with plenty of pictures. Kelly was very accommodating for us in terms of drop off and pick up times, routines for our dog, and we felt she got plenty of attention and good care while we were gone. We would definitely consider her as top choice for a sitter again in the future.
