I am currently working full-time as an energy healer and health coach during the week. So, my evenings and weekends are usually flexible for loving on fur babies. If located close enough, I can also swing by for a midday drop-in visit.

I live in a small rented townhouse that is carpeted. My lease currently does not allow for me to have any pets of any kind. So, I'm not able to board pets. I'm available for drop-ins and dog walking for 30-60 minutes. Also, I can water your plants during the visits if you'd like me to.

Does your dog have any anxieties or phobias, injuries, or allergies that I need to know about. Are they comfortable around children or other dogs during walks? There are no breed preferences.
A typical day
I take dogs on walks in the neighborhood or to a nearby public park. We play catch or tug of war with a rope. For both dogs and cats, I also curl up with them on the couch or floor for a snuggle and scratches.

Pet care experience
I always had pets growing up. Dogs, cats, budgies, cockatiels, rabbits, a horse, and fish. I'm also the go-to pet sitter for my friends, neighbors, and coworkers. I volunteered at a veterinary clinic my last 2 years of high school assisting the veterinarian with handling dogs during checkups, bathing borders, and making home visits. My dream right up until mid-college was to become a veterinarian. What stopped me was seeing those animals who were abused by their owners being treated and returned to those same owners, because we had no proof they caused the injuries. It broke my heart every time. I am currently a Dog Care Volunteer with the Animal Protection Society of Durham. I love to spend time giving and receiving some soul loving from our furry friends whether as a volunteer or pet sitter. 🙂 I am also an animal Reiki practitioner and animal crystal healer.
