Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. As the owner of The Paw Path, I provide calm, reliable and personalised pet care, treating every pet as if they were my own. I am fully insured, DBS checked and Pet First Aid trained, giving you peace of mind that your pet is in safe hands. Whether it’s an energetic puppy, a senior dog who enjoys a slower pace, or a cat who prefers quiet companionship, I tailor my care to suit each pet’s individual personality, routine and needs. At home, I care for my own Labrador, Cockapoo and Scottish Straight cat, so I’m experienced with different breeds, temperaments and energy levels. My Labrador, Loki, also has elbow dysplasia, which has given me valuable experience supporting a dog with mobility needs and ensuring walks are adapted to keep him comfortable and happy. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, which is why I prioritise communication, reliability and regular photo updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well looked after.

Safety, trust & environment
Every pet is unique, so I take the time to get to know their routine, personality and individual needs before providing care. My aim is to keep their day as familiar and stress-free as possible while you’re away. During dog walks, I provide safe, one-to-one walks tailored to your dog’s age, energy level and abilities. Whether they enjoy an energetic adventure or a slower stroll, their wellbeing and happiness always come first. For pet visits, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. This can include feeding, refreshing water, administering medication (where agreed), cleaning litter trays or cages, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and plenty of reassurance. I also provide regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I always treat your home with the same respect I would my own, ensuring it is left secure and tidy after every visit.

Schedule
Caring for animals is at the heart of my daily routine. As the owner of The Paw Path, my days are centred around providing personalised pet care, whether that’s dog walking, pet visits or caring for small animals. My own pets- Loki, Izzy and Kasper, also keep me active every day, so spending time with animals is simply part of who I am. I carefully plan my schedule to ensure every pet receives the time, attention and care they deserve, without feeling rushed. Building trusting relationships with both pets and their owners is something I genuinely enjoy.
