IT IS ALL I DO. I feel so lucky!! If I am not sitting/walking, I am near the beach or at home, happily taking care of my two 17 year old kittens, Buddy & Bear. Buddy has been feeling a little stressed lately due to a Urinary Tract Cystitis flare up, so I’ve been like Velcro to my baby boy. But a full-time sitter none-the-less! It makes me feel good that I can help people while they’re away, and they can be at ease knowing their babies are comfortable and being loved. Sometimes sitters do this for extra money, but I sit/walk full-time (even with a Bachelors Degree) because I truly love animals, love helping others, and am a big softie.

I will be on time and always communicative, do not hesitate to reach out at any time. I do not cancel appointments and will always will do my best to help in a last-minute need situation. I will not be distracted or on my cell phone during a sitting (besides taking pictures of your pets) as I am a bit overprotective for their safety and definitely hyper-attentive of their mood and well-being. I will treat your home and your pets as if they are my own, you have my word. <3

Allergies, medical conditions, anything specific triggers of fear/anxiety/discomfort/aggression, their typical daily routine (affection, training, food/treats/water, medicine, grooming, walking locations and duration, sleep patterns, favorite places or activities, specific do’s and don’ts), also the location of food, treats, toys, leashes, litter, medicine etc.. You know best what it takes to make your pet comfortable while you’re away.
A typical day
Play fetch, go to the beach, casual stroll, a cuddle. Cats let US know what they are in the mood for (haha)… play time with toys, toss a few treats, chase a laser, watch birds together, or just be a warm lap. ***I am here to take care of your pet PER YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. They should feel as though you (almost) haven’t left at all.***

☀️🙋🏻♀️ Hi there! I’m Kelly, I live on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach ! (Near the 312 bridge) I moved to STA in August 2025 from Fort Lauderdale to live closer to my parents in Ponte Vedra ❤️ I grew up in MO, MA, ME, MD, and PA — and have a big family in Michigan (Go Blue! 💙💛). I began pet sitting and dog walking in the 90’s for families in my neighborhood and continued throughout my schooling and college years to today! Animals are so full of love and happiness, and helping people fills my love tank. In 2008, I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. For over a decade I was an Associate Insurance Broker, managing and growing a $20,000,000+ portion of my President’s book of business (high-risk commercial liability insurance). July 2020, I moved to Fort Lauderdale during COVID. One of my most fulfilling jobs there, in addition to pet sitting, was personal assisting for a family there with two young boys, one of which was autistic. We had so much fun together. I’ve also enjoyed being a lifeguard, children’s private swim instructor, American Eagle assistant manager, waitress (Aruba + Casablanca in Fort Lauderdale) and Uber/Lyft driver. I am dependable to a T, vigilant and protective, yet warm, nurturing, and maternal. Being raised in a tiny historic Maine town with wonderful parents, I was lucky to grow up with good values and a heart willing to help anyone who needs it. No judgement, no politics, just empathy and kindness. Choosing me means more than just picking a dependable sitter, you have a part in helping me be able to settle into my new home. 🩷Thank you. Puppy ravvvveeeeeeee!!! She’s really awesome with my very anxious Blue. He approved her and when he saw her agin, he jumped up and down and loved on her and actually went outside with her! We are so glad we chose her. I’ll definitely call her again! 🩷🩷🩷

Kelly was absolutely awesome!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She’s a kind and gentle animal lover, and took excellent care of my two cats while we were away for two weeks. The daily photos were very reassuring, and I will not hesitate to book Kelly again!
