The kitties were well taken care of and I loved receiving the pictures each visit. Great job! We will book again next trip.

Kelly is a fantastic sitter to my cat Deena! Super responsible and really gets on great with Deena. We’ve hired her a few times and have always been very happy, and Deena is too!

Our dog was well taken care of and it was reassuring knowing Kelly was here for her.

Overall, our experience was decent, but there were a few things that could use improvement. We had requested a specific time window, and unfortunately 3 out of the 4 days that timing window wasn’t met with one of the days being 2 hours after our requested time. We understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication around those changes would have gone a long way for us. Some of the written instructions we provided weren’t followed until the final day. Once addressed, things were handled better, which we appreciated but it would have been ideal for those details to have been followed from the start. Communication overall didn’t quite meet our expectations based on reviews but we did appreciate the daily Rover Card! With everything said, there were positive aspects, and we do appreciate the effort that was ultimately made to address concerns. With more consistency in timing, attention to instructions, and better communication, this could easily be a 5 star experience. Thank you again for watching our pets!
