Kelly is the best!! She took excellent care of our older dog. She sent tons of pictures of their adventures, and although he's quite anxious in general, we could tell that he was super comfortable with her We felt at ease throughout our trip knowing that our dog was in great hands with Kelly. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelly and are so grateful to have found her!
Kelly was absolutely WONDERFUL with my dog Rishi. He tends to be a bit anxious sometimes in new settings/with new people but this was not an issue whatsoever. After realizing there was a mistake made either on my end or the boarding facility's end, and them not being able to fit him in, I hopped on Rover as my last hope in still going on my thanksgiving climbing trip. This was literally the day I was supposed to drop Rishi off at the kennel. She came over and did a meet and greet, and he immediately adored her. She stayed with him for a few nights and then helped organize getting him to the kennel for me. Thank you Kelly for not only helping to save my trip, but also for treating Rishi so well and loving. Kelly is so caring, and sent so many adorable updates and photos :) And she left the house in wonderful condition as well. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend her. Can't wait to have here come housesit and hang out with Rishi again!
In the past, it has taken my elderly pit bull weeks to months to get used to new people. Somehow, Kelly got into his good graces in a single day and I have no idea how!

Kelly was amazing! We felt so good knowing that Tuna and Lizzie were so well cared for. She was communicative and professional and seemed to really “get” our dogs. We would definitely recommend her for overnight care!

Schedule
Please note, for house sitting in your home and boarding at my place, I work daytime hours, and will be out of the house for 6-7 hours at a time. Please make sure this works for you and your pup(s) before requesting my services. I would love to speak further with you over the phone to learn more about your pets and their daily routine :)

I offer boarding at my home, which is a comfortable and spacious duplex in Saint Albans City that is set up for doggie comfort, with couches for snoozing, windows to look out, a big backyard, and a home-like experience. I offer adventure walks on Mondays! This is a 1-2 hour hike that can be booked on its own, or added on to boarding, if your pup loves to get out on the trails. I am more than happy to accommodate with longer or off-leash walks, extra cuddle time, allowing your pup to share my bed, or helping them to feel comfortable in whatever ways your pet needs.
A typical day
A typical day would be up early for breakfast, then out to walk around the block to check out the sights and smells. During the day we hang out, play with toys/enrichment games, snuggle on the couch, and spend time getting to know each other! Before dinner we would take another walk, and then after dinner a potty break before bed.
