I do not do care out of my home. I can come to you but cannot do overnights. I will take detailed notes on your instructions and follow through on each step. I want your animals to feel as comfortable as possible while you are gone. For dog walking, I am very experienced at handling even the most energetic dog!

A typical day
Every dog loves a good walk and a cuddle. I like to give dogs plenty of outdoor exercise. I also like to find out what games a dog likes. Some love fetch, others tug of war, and some love hide and seek. I also like to teach dogs commands as we do all of this to help them with obedience o the home like “leave it”, “find it”, “place” and of course the classic sit and stay commands.

Pet care experience
I am a teacher off for the summer and am available to help other families with their pet care needs. My two best friends are rescue pups that bring me great joy. I also volunteer to help with cat care at our local animal shelter. I know how hard it is to leave your pets, so you can rest assured I will take the utmost care when in charge of your beloved pets. I will treat them as my own! I have experience with a variety of household pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and birds. Animals are truly special creatures that deserve our utmost respect and care and it is my privilege to take care of yours.

Kelly was referred to me by a local rescue shelter NAWS of Mokena, which is where I reached and vetted and adopted my current 3 cats. While away on an extended weekend I had Kelly care for my 3 cats and my birdbath. She did a meet and greet prior to this weekend and she took notes and was very thorough. She followed my instructions and met my expectations while I was away. Friendly and reliable. She offered a $5 off a day pet care rate since I had adopted through NAWS!
