Im not just any Dog auntie Im the COOL auntie. The one who shows up with treats (the good ones), the one who knows where the good scratchy spots are, who lets them love on her and she loves em right back, the one who doesn't mind snuggling during thunderstorm or playing a lil rough in the back yard, the one who doesn't mind dog hair or muddy paw prints on her clothes. the one who sends mom n dad INSTAGRAM READY Selfies from their walks and playtime. Im a stay at home dog mom, In my almost 20 years I have been a mom to Shih Tzus, Black Labs, Random mutts, and Currently a Rescued Coonhound and a Staffie/pibble I found as a stray in DC. No Kids Just Dogs 90% of my dogs have been rescues or strays with various needs from behavioral to medical issues, Puppies to Senior Dogs. Every pet is a member of the family and deserves to be treated with the same love and respect you would give to any other family member. As a hound mom, I have a soft spot for the loud voices, rambunctious energy, curious sniffers, and stubbornness that makes a hound well a hound. I am strong enough to handle enough the strongest leash pullers. I dont mind the bays of excitement or the jumping up for welcome hugs or the we must play tug of war RIGHT NOW, or even the 90lb lap dogs. I grew up in a house full of Shih Tzus, So i understand the little fancy guys as well , Who tend to be a bit sassy to the cuddle bugs who just want to be snuggled.

During the meet & greet I like to get familiar with the animals routine and what is their normal. I want to keep their routine as consistent as possible while also making my visits a positive experience

Kelly is amazing!! When we found her, we were looking for a pet sitter on short notice. She was so understanding and accommodating. She took her time in allowing our dog to warm up to her at their meet and greet, and also on the drop-in visits. She provides fast communication and the best photo updates!! Not only does she do the essential duties of pet sitting, she takes time to play and cuddle with them so they don’t feel lonely while their family is away. “Aunt Kelly” is highly recommended and will definitely be used again!!!

Kelly is so great! Both my dogs love her. We was prompt with times and was even willing to do a meet and greet beforehand since my dogs are nervous around new people.
