Kelly took amazing care of my cat for 12 days while I was away. She visited every day as promised and consistently sent updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared and made sure my cat was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. Coming home to a relaxed, healthy cat was the best confirmation that he had been in great hands.
