Pet care experience
I've been taking care of animals since I can remember! Dogs, Cats, Fish, Rabbits, Horses, Chickens... you name it :) My Name is Kelly and I live with my pooch Truman, a roomie and Mimi the cat. During the days, I nanny PT for a 2 yr old toddler and a 3 month old baby. On my off weeks I have a very PT housecleaning business which has afforded me the flexibility to care for my own and other's pets for many years. I have experience with many sizes, breeds, elderly and disabled pets. I'm comfortable administering pills and even fluids. I believe our animals are family and I'll treat yours just like my own. I reside in communal housing so I prefer to watch pets in their own environment... I think they are more comfortable that way as well. My dog Truman is happy interacting with my Rover clients but doesn't mind visiting Grandma's house if my fur-clients are less sociable. I have super references for house sitting and pet sitting... I'm a homemaker and caregiver so you may even find your home cleaner than when you left it! I am fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and adhere to strict precautions outside of my own home.

Stellar dog and housesitter. First time away
Kelly was great! She watched Auggie for the first time over a long weekend. We had no concerns the whole time we were gone. She kept us informed with texts and pictures, and Auggie was happy when we got home! I will definitely contact her next time we're out of town. Thanks Kelly!!!
Kelly is aa pleasure to work with for both Maddie and me. Very kind and considerate, Kelly is a delight and Maddie wants to play with her all of the time!

I’m, unfortunately, not able to care for pets in my own home at this time. I have the flexibility to watch animal friends in their own environment though! I’m happy to house sit, water the plants, check the mail AND care for critters while you are away. I do my best to stick to your pet’s routines so they feel less stress, through consistency, until you are home.

I would love to know a little more about your animals. Age, health status, disposition? Do they get along with other animals or prefer women to men? What makes them happiest? Do they enjoy the car or prefer chillin' at home? Fill me in!
A typical day
I'm pretty flexible depending on your animals. I'm happy to hang at home if your pet is more nervous/anti-social and I'm also happy to get out for walks at local parks or socializing with other pets at friend's homes or dog parks. I have my boy Truman who loves to meet new friends but he always has his Grandma to stay with if that's not a good match for your needs. I generally work a variable weekly schedule with, at most, a 7 hour day. Your pets will never be alone for more than 7 hours (if/when I work) and I can often flex my schedule to accommodate a pet-sit. Pups get walked right before I leave & immediately after I return from nannying. When I’m not working, I’m spending the entire day with my fur-clients.
