I have experience pet sitting various breeds of dogs and cats, at my home as well as staying at the pets home. I have owned cats and dogs in the past, but do not currently have any pets of my own. I genuinely care for animals and enjoy spending time with them, which makes the experience enjoyable for both me and the pet. Pets need consistency in their routines, and pet owners need to trust that you’ll show up when expected and follow the care instructions given. I have good communication skills, and will keep owners updated about how their pets are doing, especially if something unusual happens. I am patient and understand pets can take time to adjust to a new environment or people. I am flexible and understand thar every pet and situation is different, so I am able to adapt and am willing to make adjustments as needed.

Kelly did a wonderful job taking care of my elderly pooch at my home while I was out of town. Good communication and my dog was happy, healthy and well cared for on my return! Very nice to find someone who you know you don't have to worry with.

Kelly is super reliable and communicative. She watched our 13.5 year old senior dog with mobility issues in our home and kept us updated on how he was doing. Good communication throughout the booking process and while she care for our dog. Would 100% book again.

Schedule
I work full time as a teacher so I am not home during the day, but I am available after work (after 3:30 pm) and any time on weekends. I also have 2 months off for summer and extended breaks for holidays so I am available during those times all day.

I live in a condo and do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a dog park about a block away here your dog can run around and have fun. My neighborhood is also great for walking, it’s tucked back in from busy streets and on a golf course so it’s a nice loop to walk on.
A typical day
I work at a school during the week so I will not be able to be there from 7:30am - 3:45pm M-F. But I am available before work for potty breaks and short walks, and after work and in evenings for longer walks and play time. Weekends I am available all day. I usually take the dogs out for a couple walks a day, there is a dog park down the street from my complex where the pups can run around and get some energy out. I also like to bring the dogs that I am sitting with me to the beach, dog parks, restaurants with outdoor seating, etc (as allowed by the owner).

- My complex has a a weight restriction (no extra large dogs) and no aggressive breeds. I would like to know diet restrictions and any allergies the pup has before hand, as well as any pertinent information like how long of a walk they can or cannot handle, are they allowed on furniture, are they allowed to go places in the car with me, etc?
