Pet safety is my top priority. I always make sure doors and/or gates are secure and that dogs have their collar on when going outside.

Information Kellie W. would like to know about your pet

Nicknames (I know they have at least one) • Behavioral quirks (pay the troll toll) • Toy preferences (frisbee vs. stuffy/kicker vs. wand) • Medical needs (no skipped doses/routines) • Triggers (loud noises/baseball caps)

A typical day

Just like humans, pets need both physical and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy. Dogs in my care get time doing the activities they enjoy, be it tug-of-war, running, fetch, sniff walls or belly rubs. Cats DO NOT get belly rubs (except by request), but do get play time, face scritches, and a clean litterbox.

Pet care experience

Is your dog: - High Energy? - Destructive During the Day? - A Little Chonky? Let me help you come home to a happy, tired, fit pup! As an avid runner, I'd love to take your pooch for a long run, chill stroll or anything in between! I'm also willing to do some light housekeeping during drop-in visits. For 11 years I worked at a pet specialty store educating customers about the best ways to care for their pets - dogs, cats, birds, fish, geckos/bearded dragons and small animals. During that time I also worked briefly as a dog trainer. I have dogs and cats of my own, and previously kept freshwater fish, an axolotle, Syrian hamsters, anoles, chinchillas and a tree frog.

I have known Kellie professionally and personally for more than 15 years. She's the first person I think of when I need someone I trust to take care of my pets. She is kind, caring, and conscientious. She has always treated my pets as if they were her own, and she even saved my dog's life once! I would never hesitate to leave my fur babies in her care.

Kellie is a very caring and responsible pet parent. Animal's have always been a big part of her life. She rescued 2 of her own dogs and helped me rescue mine. No one has bigger heart for fur babies than Kellie.
