I work nearby Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and am home most weekends. Depending on your pet's needs and temperament, I may be able to bring well-socialized dogs with me to work, allowing for additional companionship, supervision, potty breaks, and walks throughout the day. I can also return home during lunch breaks when needed for feedings, medication administration, exercise, or extra attention. My goal is to maintain your pet's normal routine and provide a safe, comfortable, and enriching experience while you're away.

Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. My home is clean, air-conditioned, and located in a quiet townhouse community with limited traffic, a single entrance and exit, and only a few residential buildings. We have a fenced patio, a dedicated pet walking area nearby, and a large sliding glass door that provides natural light and outdoor views while allowing pets to remain comfortably indoors. Unless otherwise requested by the owner, pets will be kept safely indoors at all times. Outdoor walks, potty breaks, playtime, and patio access will always be provided according to your preferences and your pet's individual needs. I understand that every pet has different routines, rules, and comfort levels, and I am committed to following your care instructions exactly as requested. For added security, my home has keypad entry access, and pets are never given unsupervised access to bedrooms, helping maintain a safe and controlled environment. Fresh filtered water is always available if preferred. I share my home with my 11-year-old son, who has been raised around animals and understands the importance of treating every pet with patience, kindness, and respect. We both genuinely love animals and work together to provide a calm, caring, and welcoming environment where pets feel like part of the family.

Your dog will enjoy a safe, fun, and structured day with plenty of attention and exercise. We’ll take walks around my quiet community or visit a nearby park if preferred, enjoy playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of affection. I tailor activities to each dog’s energy level and personality to help them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away.

I've been caring for animals for most of my life and have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. In addition to dogs and cats, I've cared for puppies, kittens, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, lizards, monkeys, and other exotic and domestic animals. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, administer basic care, and provide companionship for their pets while they're away. I understand that every animal has unique needs, routines, and personalities, and I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'll provide attentive and reliable care. I cannot recommend Kellie highly enough! We have quite a busy household with an elderly dog, a cat, fish, a turtle, geckos, and guinea pigs, and caring for all of them requires a tremendous amount of attention to detail. Whether it was feeding schedules, habitat maintenance, medication instructions, or simply making sure each pet received individual attention, she never missed a detail. Knowing that our senior dog requires extra care and attention gave us peace of mind, and she handled every animal's unique needs with so much care! It's not easy finding someone you can trust with one pet, let alone an entire zoo (LOL), but she exceeds expectations every time.
Kellie was great watching our pets. She was responsible, followed instructions, & was great with the animals. I have 3 exotic pets who require specialized care with diet, enclosure cleaning, & enrichment. It’s always been difficult for us to leave town because it’s not easy to find a responsible sitter you can trust. And for us boarding or taking them off property is not an option. We need someone we can trust entering our home on a daily basis. She was a Godsend. She had come highly recommended from another friend of mine whose dogs she watches when they leave town. This was the only reason I decided to meet her. Her family actually had the same exotics as us when she was young so she had experience. This made me feel a lot more comfortable. I had her come over a few days before we left to spend time getting to know the animals, going over their daily food prep etc. We left her in charge of our troop for a 4 day getaway. She was communicative the whole time. She would send us picture updates each day. I was able to relax and enjoy my first vacation in over 5 years! I highly recommend her, and I am already planning another much needed vacation for this Thanksgiving break.
