Country Dog Retreat
My husband and our family have recently retired from the Navy and moved back home to Texas! We have a large private yard where we live in Bulverde and would love to take care of your pooches! I’ve have been involved with animal care for over 16 years! I have volunteered at local shelters, worked as a Veterinary assistant, Vet tech, have experience large Dog Daycares, and boarding facilities. I also hold multiple dog training certifications and am always learning more!

Kelly treated our dog very well. She is a very difficult dog. She is a Velcro dog and suffers from separation anxiety. She was very well taken care of!
My dog can be timid with new people but I can tell she was very comfortable with Kelley and her family. She is a wonderful pup sitter!
Kelley was very sweet, attentive and kind to my dogs! She has great communication and went above and beyond to take care of my boys and deal with their little quirks while we were away. They truly enjoyed her visits and she took the time to get to know them which I very much appreciated. I was able to come home from a long trip to two happy dogs, a clean home, and will definitely book with her in the future. Thank you for being so kind & taking care of them!

Schedule
You’ll find me here at the house watching dogs full time, or taking my kids to school. I’m always here to make sure your dogs are always taken care of and loved.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large fenced yard with a climate controlled "dog house" or shed. Inside the dog house they have soft music, their own kennels, and whatever food, water, and comfort items they need. They get plenty of outdoor play time, can lounge in the shade of trees, or play in the little kiddie pools we have set up. We want them to have fun running and playing, then be as comfortable as possible when it's time to rest.
Pets
A typical day
Depending on your preference, they can play with our dog "Bruce" (he is an extremely friendly black lab) who is always ready fun, or just play in the large yard with their own toys. There are deer, birds and other animals that wander through the property for them to bark at, and some water fun on a hot day if they choose that.
