In your home, I follow your routines exactly — feeding times, walk schedules, medications, and house rules. I keep doors and gates secured, never leave dogs unattended outside, and send photo updates so you know they're safe and happy.
Information Kellan M. would like to know about your pet
It’s definitely a priority to know any special needs, anxieties, or behaviors up front. Reactive leash dogs are a good example! Sometimes dogs also have specific bedtime routines. Please let me know what needs extra attention!
A typical day
I think exercise and play is so important. I’ve also heard dogs love to sit with you while you do nothing. I believe building trust with your pup is also about sitting in silence and boredom with them! TV time is the best!

Pet care experience
I’m an experienced two-rescue owner who knows anxious dogs, reactive leashes, meds, and senior-dog care. FYI: I'm allergic to cats, and I do not care for cats, unfortunately! Scout just passed at 13 years. Now, I have my six-breed, 6-year-old pup Gemini. Real patience, not just promised patience, is required with my dog Gem. For example, she doesn't always bring the ball back during fetch, and that's taught me to meet every dog where they are. I say this because that patience and love for Gem is what I bring to caring for all my dogs on Rover. Your dog won't be a job to me. They'll be a guest, treated with the same patience, attention, and affection I give my own. ✅ My specialties: anxious/reactive dogs seniors multi-pet households big dogs (40 pounds+) high-energy dogs Service area: Belmont, Redwood Shores, San Carlos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, San Mateo, Foster City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, San Jose Availability: I'm starting an MFA program at San José State this fall. My weekly schedule is set and important to know ahead of time: * Walks and drop-ins: Wednesdays, Friday afternoons, and weekends are wide open. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I'm in class through late afternoon. * Overnight stays: available for weekends (and long weekends). I sleep at your place and work around my class schedule. Reaching out early for holiday weeks is a good idea. What I don't do: * No cats, unfortunately, since I'm allergic. I can walk your dog if you have both, but I can't stay in the house for more than about ten minutes. * No pack walks and no other dogs in your home, ever.
Reviews

Kellan loved Remy and obviously is a dog lover . She is warm and friendly and a great communicator .

Kellan was above and beyond expectations. She did an amazing job. I would definitely book her again and my fur babies loved her!

Kellan was great! Was always on time. Communicated clearly. Our dog had great walks with her.
Kellan took care of our golden doodle Lola when we went to Tahoe. She is a trusted family friend and member of our community. She followed directions and sent pictures of Lola to us. She has an innate love for all pups with all personalities. I’d definitely recommend her!
