I have two pups of my own, and my world is nothing but dogs all day every day. I have pretty flexible schedule and am home most of the time. I also have a flexible schedule when it comes to drop in visits and walks.

Fur babies are all treated like family at our house. We have a lot of space outside to play. Unfortunately we don’t have a fenced in yard. I would just need to be sure they can be trusted to stay with the pack. If they can’t be trusted and need to stay leashed they will.

Our two girls are very friendly and easy going. Typically very patient and absolutey love to play. That said, they can be a bit much at first, which can be overwhelming. If your dog is reactive please let me know. This way I can work out a smoother, less intense introduction. ***Any type of medical needs. I have medication experience, use of sling for dog, and bed rest injuries. ***Potty training status ::::::PLEASE READ:::::: Please be honest about potty habits. I understand accidents happen, but if you are aware your pup has indoor potty issues, please be honest. Potty training status-I can usually accommodate to those needs. Especially if still working out schedule. Potty schedule tips/tricks are always helpful. Like if they need to go out immediately after eating, or immediately after waking up, and frequency of breaks. If I know what to expect, I can take precautions so everyone has an enjoyable and understanding stay. ::::::BAD HABITS:::::: Tissue hunter, trashcan troll or counter surfer? If your pup has any bad habits, please just let me know. This way I can be sure to take proper precautions before finding out the hard way. ::NOT CRATE TRAINED? ******if not crate trained PLEASE be honest about behavior when left unattended. NO FENCE::: since we do not have a fence, pups who bolt/run may not be a good fit.
A typical day
We live on 1 acre of unfenced property on the Hiwasee River. We spend a lot of time playing in the yard throwing ball and killing sticks. When river is low enough, there is opportunity to get into the river, if pup is interested. When we aren't playing outside our girls love to sunbathe in the sunroom. We do occasionally take walks to Gee Creek, which is almost .5miles from the house.

I have been caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds for about 8 years through Rover. And I would love to care for yours! My husband and I have two dogs, Maggie and Zelda, and they love to make new friends! I experience with young puppies, injured, ill and elderly dogs.

Kelcie did so well with Enzo. He’s a dog with trust issues but warmed up to Kelcie quickly. Kelcie was great at communicating if she had to stop in later than usual and she took such good pictures of Enzo. I think they really grew attached to each other during the months I spent in Knoxville. We will surely miss her!
