Keita was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease leaving our dog, Turbo, in her care. She was attentive, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Throughout our trip, she kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we returned home, Turbo was happy, well cared for, and it was obvious he had been loved while we were away. She also took great care of our home, leaving everything clean and exactly as we left it. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Keita again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable pet sitter. Thank you for taking such great care of Turbo!

First let me tell you about my cat. He gets fed for weight control not food piled in a bowl. Keita wants to be called him so I will refer to her as him. I could tell when walking thru instructions on our meet & greet he wasn’t paying attention so much so that I text him the code to get in so he would have in writing. Upon arrival he immediately text how do I get in. I have cameras in the house & would periodically check in. I never saw Keita only my cat on the couch alone. I finally called him around 6:30 to say “where are you”. He replied in bedroom . Cat had not been fed & litter box not cleaned Next day again had to text to have him (i would imagine wake up) to feed my cat. On my instructions was listed to change his water twice a day. He had put a bowl of water on the floor next to food bowl which is odd given his water bowl is on my vanity in master bathroom. How did he not see given he never left my bedroom. To Rover I think some of these very young people are not mature enough for this kind of responsibility
