Because we work for ourselves from a dedicated home studio, our schedule is incredibly flexible, making pet care a natural and seamless part of our daily life. We are home throughout the day, which means your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. We naturally structure our day around regular breaks, so stepping away from our desks for a neighborhood walk, a backyard play session, or just some quiet couch cuddling fits perfectly into our routine. Whether it is a mid-day potty break or a long morning stroll, we have the time and freedom to make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve.

Information Keiona Velouria L. would like to know about your pet

It is incredibly helpful to know their general vibe, such as if they are a ball of pure energy, a bit shy and introverted, or a gentle giant. Please let us know about any triggers and fears, like if they get nervous around loud noises, specific types of dogs, or sudden movements. It is also great to know their leash and social manners when meeting new people or other animals on a walk, as well as their exact feeding times, favorite scratch spots, or comforting habits when they miss you. Knowing these little details helps us respect their boundaries and ensure they feel safe, understood, and loved from the very first moment.

A typical day

A typical day is all about finding the right balance of physical fun, mental stimulation, and cozy downtime. We usually start the morning with a fresh walk to sniff around and wake up, followed by breakfast. Throughout the day, the activities match your pet's unique energy. For high-energy dogs, that means fun backyard play sessions, chasing favorite toys, or practicing a few gentle tricks. For more relaxed or gentle spirits, fun might look like a slow, leisurely stroll where they get to sniff every single leaf, followed by quiet companionship right next to us while we work. In the evenings, we wind down with plenty of belly rubs, comfortable couch time, and a calm space to relax before bed.

All about the pup life!

Pet care experience

Hi there! I’m Keiona, I’ve grown up with dogs by my side for as long as I can remember, and honestly, life just feels complete when there’s a dog around. I run this pet sitting adventure alongside my husband, Patrick, which means your pup gets double the love, attention, and companionship. We are both big dog lovers who genuinely look forward to daily walks, quiet couch cuddles, and getting to know all the quirky traits that make your pet who they are. Having two of us also means your dog always has a buddy. We love taking them on walks together so they have a full team keeping them safe and happy. Through the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, including a beloved, paralyzed Golden Retriever named Buddy. Looking after him taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and the deeper side of pet care. Because of that experience, we are entirely comfortable with specialized needs like managing strict medication schedules, handling allergy care, or just keeping up with regular clean-ups. Our schedule is highly flexible, and we pride ourselves on being reliable, easygoing, and calm. We really respect a dog's boundaries. If they are a high-energy ball of fun, we are down to play, but if they are a bit introverted and just want their own space to relax near us, we let them set the pace. I know it’s never easy to leave your fur baby behind, so I am always happy to send regular updates and plenty of great photos to let you know they are safe, happy, and settling right in with both of us.

We took our dog Sage to Keiona for doggy daycare today for the very first time, and she was absolutely amazing! Sage is a very timid dog who is normally only looked after by family, so she is usually reluctant to stay with anyone she doesn’t know. Keiona was incredibly patient and caring, and Sage ended up having a fabulous time. She received lots of one-on-one attention, plenty of playtime, and we loved receiving regular updates and pictures throughout the day. It was so reassuring to know Sage was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We would not hesitate to use Keiona again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter. Thank you, Keiona!

We left our 5-month-old puppy with Keiona for the first time and he had an amazing time! She was attentive, caring, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Keiona kept us updated regularly and was quick to address any questions or concerns we had. We’d absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her!

Keiona was absolutely amazing with our 11 week old puppy Murphy! It was our first time using Rover, so naturally being a bit nervous leaving our puppy for the first time with a stranger, Keiona made us feel so comfortable knowing Murphy was in good hands. She sent constant updates through the day and She was extra accommodating providing Murphy the care he needed with his fractured leg and made sure he had a restful and enjoyable stay with lots of time in the Sun! I would absolutely recommend booking with her and I will definitely book again in the future if I need a sitter!! Thank you so much Keiona!!
