Whether it's playtime, training sessions, or gentle care for older pets, I provide the same level of care I would for my own furry family members. I have experience with family pets from small to giant dogs, bunny rabbits and am a first time cat dad. We adopted our cat 3 years ago from CAT outside PDX. I grew up on the edge of a city in Texas, so my entire life we were taking in strays, of all shapes, sizes, and ages that were abandoned.

This has been the best rover experience I’ve had on the app. Keaton and his family were beyond great with Mooni. I could tell by the daily updates that Mooni is was very comfortable with them. I will def rebook for future stays.
Keaton and fam were awesome! Daily check ins with photos of our dog having fun and being comfortable. He took great care of our dog and was totally evident in the pictures and when we picked her up! Highly recommend, will definitely use him again!

Schedule
I just closed my second restraunt and have become more of a stay at home parent in this season of change. I do some consulting work and occassionally need to leave the house to visit the site I am consulting on. Typically this is no more than a 2 hours at a time and only a few times a week. My wife and two kids live in the house and are around for extra snuggles and playtime, but I remain the primary caregiver. If drop off or pick up overlaps with a time I need to be onsite, I will communicate in advance to you booking as the option would be a different time, or my wife can welcome your pet into our home.

We live in a cozy townhome in SW Portland, surrounded by a walkable neighborhood and just a short stroll from a beautiful park—perfect for pets who love their daily walks! Our home includes a 6-year-old female cat who is vaccinated, spayed, and prefers her own quiet space upstairs, mostly active at night. We’re a family of four, with two kids aged 7 and 11 who absolutely adore animals. They’ve grown up around pets, so they are patient, calm, and always ready for some gentle cuddles. Whether your pet needs a calm environment or plenty of playtime, our home offers a loving and accommodating space.

A typical day
A typical day with your pet starts with a morning walk in my walkable neighborhood or a visit to the nearby park. For more energetic dogs who are healthy and up for it, I enjoy heading to the Marquam Trails for a longer hike to help them burn off energy. Otherwise, I focus on regular neighborhood walks and plenty of playtime, including fetch and other engaging activities to keep them active. Throughout the day, I ensure their routine stays consistent, with meals, potty breaks, and time to relax. For cats or more low-key pets, there’s plenty of space for quiet relaxation and enrichment with toys or bird-watching from the upstairs perch.
