A typical day
I believe dogs thrive on love, attention, and plenty of opportunities to feel comfortable and happy. At home, I enjoy spending time playing with my dog, whether it’s with their favorite toy, a game of fetch in the yard, or simply giving them belly rubs and cuddles. I always make sure my dog feels cared for and entertained, and I will do the same for your pet. Your dog will have plenty of supervised time outdoors in my fenced-in yard to stretch their legs, explore, and take potty breaks. I go the extra mile by letting them out a few extra times throughout the day to ensure they feel completely at ease. Every dog in my care is treated as if they’re part of the family. I focus on creating a safe, loving environment where they can feel happy and relaxed while you’re away.

Pet care experience
I’ve loved and cared for dogs my entire life, starting with my own dog when I was just 9 years old. Over the years, I’ve gained experience caring for dogs with special needs, including administering medication, so I understand the importance of patience and gentle attention. I believe every dog deserves love, care, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors—just like we do! I work from home with a flexible schedule, which means I can give your dog the attention they deserve. Whether it’s checking in on them, playing to keep them entertained, or taking them outside every 1-2 hours (or more, if needed), I’m here to make sure they feel cared for and comfortable. Frequent outdoor time is especially helpful for potty training or accident-prone pups, and I’m happy to help with that, too. My home is family-friendly, as I have a husband and toddler who both love being around animals. I also have a miniature schnauzer who’s very friendly and enjoys making new friends. If your dog stays with me, they’ll have both a little human and a furry buddy to keep them company! My schnauzer is kennel-trained, so if your dog is, too, I kindly ask that you bring their kennel along to help them feel at home. For added convenience, I’m available for travel and have my own car, so I can easily travel to care for your dog. I treat every dog as if they’re my own and would love to welcome your furry family member into our home!

Keana did a fantastic job dog-sitting Koji and Pixie! She was incredibly responsive to my texts and kept me updated the entire time that the dogs were in her car with sweet messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciated that she reached out right away when she had any concerns. It showed how much she truly cared. Koji and Pixie were clearly well-loved and well-cared for.
