I pet-sit full time at the moment, so Rover is more or less an all-day activity for me. Rain or shine I'm generally there to help out with peoples' pets! I do prefer not to drive after it's dark out, though, so I prefer to do evening visits before sunset.

It's important for me to know a dog's habits and temperament. If a dog pulls or nips I can deal with that, but I need to know ahead of time. Similarly, knowing about a cat's personality is useful too. It's good to have a heads up as to whether they prefer their space or are a bit of a cuddlebug who might want attention. Additionally, I'll need to know about how I'll be getting into your home, whether you have a yard or not (Although this only really applies to drop-ins), where I can find items like a dog's leash, and, if I'll be feeding a pet, where their food is and how much they need.
A typical day
I can walk them around your neighborhood, as well as take them to any parks or the like if they're nearby. I can also play with them and exercise them, whether that be through toys or other games.

Hi! I'm a fit and healthy 23-year-old girl with a passion for animals and a love for helping others. I have three years of petsitting experience and consider myself pretty skilled at it. I do drop ins, walks, and housesitting and take care of both dogs and cats. I can also help out with other animals (I.E reptiles, birds, rabbits), but will need more specific details regarding their care. Regarding housesitting, I prefer to housesit homes that have yards. I'm able and happy to stay overnight, but may have to leave for a few hours each day to go and do drop-ins and walks. Otherwise, though, I should be at your home all day! If possible, I like to have meet and greets before I pick up any new jobs. That way I can meet you and your dog before I get started and you can go over any info I need to know in person. I'm generally flexible and love my job. Working with animals is the best. I hope I can help you out and am looking very forward to meeting your pets.
