I have had dogs my whole life. I have also sat pets for many years for my friends and neighbors. I have worked as a dog bather so I have experience handling dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. I am also willing to bathe, brush, shave paw pads and mats for your dog, the rate is under drop in visits but that is for everything I just listed if you just need one service we can talk about that 😁 (rate will also change depending on the size of the dog). I volunteer at animal rescues so I am very familiar with rescue animals and accommodations they may need. I love any and all animals. I recently started working with cats at my rescue and am willing to learn more about them.

When caring for pets in a clients home, I follow their normal routine as consistently as possible. I make sure they have water, food on time, bathroom breaks, playtime/exercise, and lots of love. For walks I pay attention to how the dog behaves and set my pace, energy, and length of walk to best fit them. For drop-ins and house sitting I make sure the pet gets playtime, basic care, and companionship based on their routine. I have experience with everyday pet care and have also bathed dogs I have cared for when needed. I aim to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owner is away.

Wow...where do I even begin?! Kaylen is fantastic!!! She took such great care of our dogs, really and truly cared, loved, and paid attention to our babies! Our dogs can be very quirky with new people, one has some medical issues and she can be slow to trust people, but Kaylen's confidence and understanding of dog behavior truly made our Bo feel at ease! I have never had anyone but family watch our dogs prior and was panicking when we found out we could not bring our dogs on our family trip, but I am so grateful it led me to Kaylen! I actually got to enjoy my time away, (as much as you can when missing your pups), because I trust Kaylen so much, our dogs were in the best hands. We got amazing updates, our house was left in immaculate condition, our dogs were so happy and all updates showed how loved they were, it was just such a fantastic experience! Kaylen is really there for the dogs, she never judged, she was so helpful in guiding us through the meet and greets, it was such a phenomenal time, I really can not put into words how amazing she is and how much I fully trust her with my Mozzy and Bo. I promise you that she is the best sitter on here! You and your fur babies will regret not booking with her!!
We loved having Kaylen watch our pups! She did a wonderful job of keeping us updated with messages and photos. We came home to a clean house and happy pups!
We booked Kaylen for house sitting with our two cats and two dogs for a few days while we were out of town and I can’t say enough great things about her! The animals instantly warmed to her and we loved receiving the photo updates each day. She walked the dogs each morning and even gave them a little grooming while we were gone! Truly an overall 10/10 experience and we are so thankful she was available to stay with our pets!
We cannot recommend Kaylen highly enough. She has taken exceptional care of our dogs, Dirk and Roxanne, and has also been trustworthy enough to house sit for us, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Kaylen truly goes the extra mile—she doesn’t just “watch” our pets, she gives them genuine attention, care, and affection as if they were her own. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how happy and well-cared-for our dogs are when we return. She has become our first call whenever we need someone to look after our pet family members. We know we can count on her, and that kind of reliability is invaluable.
I can’t recommend my daughter highly enough as a pet caregiver. She has always played a major role in caring for our dog at home, and her genuine love for animals is evident in everything she does. In addition to caring for our own pet, she regularly volunteers with animal rescues, where she helps care for and comfort animals in need. She has also pet-sat for neighbors and friends, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of different personalities and needs. She is responsible, attentive, and patient, and she treats every animal as if it were her own. I would trust her completely with any pet and know they would be in safe, loving hands.

I am back in Huntsville for college! Here is my weekly schedule! This is the hard set schedule but I may have other activities seeing as I am a volunteer and honors student. monday: 2-3:50 tues, thurs: classes from 11-3:30 wed,fri,sat,sun: nothing :)
