Dog Fanatic in Golden!
My name is Kayleigh and my animals are my life! I’ll love your dogs like I love mine! I am a contractor with a company that teaches health and safety classes, but otherwise I’m available most of the time. My husband and I don’t have children so my life is pretty much dedicated to my pets. I love being outdoors and have experience training young and old dogs alike as a long time foster home for Colorado Shiba Inu Rescue! I would love to meet you and your furry friend!

Kayleigh took great care of our Corgis. We came home to a beautiful clean home and happy puppies. This was the first time we had an opportunity to meet Kayleigh and we know we have found our sitter for future trips.
I would highly recommend Kayleigh for dog sitting. She communicates with you on a regular basis. She gets along well with our dog and she did her best at trying to get her out for a walk. She took good care of our house and garden! A big shout out!
Upon meeting Kayleigh for the first time, we could tell that she was very professional and took her job caring for other peoples animals very serious. She asked a lot of questions about our dog and wanted to get to know him and understand our rules for the him and our home. She shared a lot about her experience with animals (especially horses) and that put us at ease - she clearly has a love for all kinds of animals! During her stay at our home, Kayleigh was very communicative and continued to ask questions about doing certain activities with our pup and sent pictures every day. When we returned from an 11 day vacation, our puppy was happy and not anxious!!!!! Our home was spotless and that shows that she has a high respect for others peoples homes as well! Overall our experience with Kayleigh was wonderful and we’d certainly hire her again to care for our dog and our home!
Kayleigh is amazing - she was patient and loving with our pups. She took them on adventures (which we encouraged) and always had their safety and comfort level in mind. She even trained them!! Best pet sitter ever 😍
Kayleigh was excellent! She took great care of my beloved dog and cat and also provided house sitting services over 6 nights. She followed the directions I left, brought in packages that were delivered and left my home exactly as she found it. My cat is extremely finicky and does not like all people. I did not expect Kayleigh to see him during her stay, however, he presented himself within the first couple hours of her arrival and was always present during her stay. Amazing! My dog loves every one and immediately took to Kayleigh during our meet and greet. Thank you, Kayleigh for taking such great care of my babies.
Kayleigh was super communicative and kept us posted on our pets throughout our trip. She took excellent care of them and our home and I would have her stay again in a heartbeat. She left our home squeaky clean, too!

Schedule
I am child-free by choice and spend the majority of my time with my animals. My job is very part time, I only teach classes a couple days a week and typically those are on the weekends when my husband is home to look after our pets. We have three dogs of our own, some pet rats and an ottb gelding I board on Lookout Mountain.

I have a great deal of integrity and will treat your home respectfully whether you're there or not. If you have pet specific rules, I'll follow them to the letter. If you need additional services, just ask! I can absolutely help you out! I love to travel and do so frequently. I know the stresses of leaving pets in the care of others. Let me ease your worry! *Please note that additional charges apply for extra animals. *If I am staying in your home and you have home cameras, please disclose their locations so I know where I can safely dress and undress to maintain both my dignity and privacy. *I am autistic.

A typical day
I live in a really lovely, older community near NREL that has multiple trail heads leading to some fun hikes in the area. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly and we have a nice little park just up the road, about a 2 minute walk from our house. I walk my own dog a couple miles every day and take him to my barn where he runs free on the acreage with some other dogs who live on the property. Our yard is fenced and we have a dog door. We also have an area of our home we can keep your dog separate from others.
