I have availability during the mornings and daytime, and most evenings. For overnight bookings I include two visits during the day and besides emergency circumstances, will be gone at most 6 hours at a time for my other clients and work.

I tend to ask up front if I have any questions, but any medical needs and schedule preferences would be great to know before a meet and greet, as well as any special needs like transportation to daycare (I do not hold a license for pet care transportation, so unless it's for emergencies or vet visits I will not be able to offer transportation for your pet.)

I offer a low energy atmosphere and do my best to maintain a steady schedule day to day for your pets, not doing crazy things outside of the norm to maintain consistency as best as I can to keep stress levels down.

Hello and welcome! I've been around dogs my whole life, and my own first dog was with me for 14 years before she passed away. I've since rescued a cat, who was 5 weeks old when I found her and has been my companion ever since. I’ve also had rats, fish and frogs of my own in the past! I have experience with all stages of life for pets, and am confident in my ability to provide them the best care while their best friends are away. I've cared for many dogs and cats (as well as horses, chickens, cats, rats, frogs, spiders, lizards, snakes and fish, oh my!), and am comfortable reinforcing positive behavior and training commands on walks and at home! I will give daily updates on your fur babies' well being and have no problem providing pictures and video of the stay! I'm also happy to do some clean up for bookings and do my best to make your home as clean or cleaner than it was when you left. My certifications/qualifications: Insured through Pet Care Insurance (PCI) and holding current Colorado State and Moffat County business licenses. Red Cross Certified Dog and Cat First Aid/CPR (As well as Red Cross Certified AED/CPR training for humans) 12 years active experience pet sitting/walking Lifetime dog owner (and recently cat owner!)

Finding Kayleen was a true blessing. We go out of town quite often and when we take our two pups it’s hard on them as well as us. We tried local boarding for them and it was more stress for our pups than just taking them with us. So, we decided to try to find someone that would come to our home, their home where they felt safe; to watch our babies. After our meet and greet with Kayleen we knew she was going to be a great fit. She has been so patient and so amazing with our pups. She keeps us updated throughout the day and sends us pictures. We know that our pups are loved and taken care of. We are so thankful that we found Kayleen!!
Jayleen is awesome! She helps with simple training, walks, drop-ins. Always sends photos. Our puppy has been in great hands.

Kayleen was the best dog sitter! She came beforehand to meet us and our dogs and was so friendly and professional. The dogs loved her! She communicated well with us during her stay and sent pictures of the dogs to us. When we got home, the house was in perfect shape! We will definitely reach out to Kayleen in the future!
