Safety, trust & environment

I always ask up front about any allergies or sensitivities your pet might have, in addition to what training they have gone through and their everyday personality. By knowing how they usually act, I'm better able to help them with any signs of nervousness or anxiety and adjust their care accordingly, so it's not just about food and water with me :)

Information Kaylee T. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any kind of concerns! I have worked with semi-aggressive dogs before, and I don't mind the extra care, as long as I'm given a heads up! I've also administered insulin shots to diabetic animals, and helped my own pets through end of life care. I'm here to help any way I can!

A typical day

I love playing fetch or throwing the ball for high energy dogs, but my biggest favorite fun activity is the dog park! (Provided your pet is friendly with other dogs :) Also training in the form of games is how I work with my dog, mini races against each other, or just regular dog walking. It's important to let them sniff as much as they want-smell is more important than vision to dogs!

Pet care experience

I grew up with plenty of cats and dogs in and outside the home. At 12, I started a "business" dog walking and learning how to give shots to a diabetic cat. For a few years I also worked with 4Pawed Redemption, a veteran-run non-profit designed to help rehome military family pets. I also successfully trained my own pup to qualify as a service animal to help a friend in need, but care doesn't stop with dogs! I've also helped with ferrets, snakes, tortoises and parakeets before-just please no tarantulas! Hope you find the help you're looking for :)

Kaylee, we did not know what we were going to do had we not found you. You instant attraction to our gang was amazing. Especially Buckey, who is untrusting to everyone. We are extremely thankful for you care and love you gave all our animals. Not one is traumatized or out of sorts. You are amazing with animals. Keep up the great work. Peace

Wonderful job caring for my cat while out of time - prompt, good communication, and clearly cared about the well-being of the animals in her car. Highly recommend!

Kaylee was great. She stayed in close contact with me before our appointment. She showed up before agreed time. Our dog loved her from her first sniff. We had gone to a concert and received pics of our pup during our time gone. We came back early and found her out walking our baby for a potty break at 10:45 PM. We like Kaylee a lot and will use her again if we are in her area.

I interact with Kaylee and her dog, Lexi, regularly. She has attention to detail and has trained her dog well. If you are looking for someone to reinforce the training your dog has received she will be sure to do it.
