Kaylee has taken care of my pets, dogs and cats, along with horses, goats, and sundry poultry as a pet sitter for weeks at a time. I always knew I’d come home to happy and healthy critters. She even had to administer insulin twice a day to one of our dogs. I never worried about my pets care when she was my pet sitter. She was also an outstanding member of our local 4H club and took great care of her goats, rabbits and chickens. These skills along with her compassion for our four legged friends make her an adept pet sitter. I highly recommend Kaylee.
I have known Kaylee for 25 years. I met her when my kids were in 4-H with her. She has always had a love for animals and I was happy when she was old enough to dog sit for me. Kaylee had house sat for me on several occoasions and it was such an ease of feeling to know my animals were well taken care of and loved. Kaylee has a gentle soul and i know your pets would be happy to have her in their lives.

Schedule
I work a full-time job, but I’m able to come home during my lunch break to check in on my own puppy and provide mid-day care. This keeps me consistently involved in daily pet care even during the workweek. At this time, I am only offering weekend availability for boarding, so I’m fully available to focus on providing attentive, structured care during those stays. I make sure pets are comfortable, on their normal routines, and well cared for while they’re with me.

Safety, trust & environment
When boarding a dog in my home, I do my best to accommodate their normal routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible, like they’re at home. I have a fenced-in yard, and my own puppy enjoys plenty of outdoor playtime, so dogs who are active will get lots of safe exercise and enrichment. If a dog is more of a relaxed, homebody type, I’m just as happy to keep things calm with indoor time, rest, and companionship. I adjust to each dog’s personality and energy level. For any care—whether boarding, drop-ins, or walks—I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, routines, and any special needs or medications, to make sure each pet is cared for consistently and safely.

A typical day
With my own dog, I enjoy taking her on a variety of outings depending on the day and her energy level. She’s high-energy, so we often go to the river, the park, or on car rides, and she also loves spending time just romping around and playing in the yard. After she gets her energy out, she’s very much a couch potato and enjoys relaxing and settling in. For dogs in my care, I would follow a similar approach based on their personality, energy level, and the owner’s preferences. My goal is always to make sure each pet is getting the right balance of exercise, enrichment, and downtime. I’m also completely open to any specific requests or routines the owner would like me to follow.
