I've had cats my whole life. I also dog sit and dog walk for my friends and colleagues, and I worked as a farm hand on a horse farm for many years, so I have experience with horses and all sorts of farm animals as well. I work full-time as a biology teacher, but I am available nights and weekends to care for pets, as well as holidays and school vacations. I think consistency for pets is very important, so I try to match whatever the pet-owner does as closely as I can. No one knows their pet like the owner, so I follow directions exactly in order to insure the best possible experience for the pet. I also have lots of experience with pet/animal surprises like ticks, cuts, minor injuries and full-blown emergencies, so you can feel confident that every situation is going to be handled with the pet's best interest first.
