Kaylee spent several days with Kobe, my goldendoodle, and he loved every minute of it! Kaylee sent multiple photos and updates throughout the days she spent with Kobe, kept him on his routine, and spent time to get to know Kobe and his quirks. She even suggested some enrichment toys for Kobe, to keep him occupied and reduce his anxiety, which we will continue to use and explore. Kobe is high energy, and this didn't phase Kaylee at all, she was very patient; she even worked on some training with Kobe throughout the week. I will definitely be booking with Kaylee again! This was my first time using Rover and Kaylee left my mind at ease. She was attentive and asked great questions to make sure my cats received the best care. The pictures she sent us while we were on vacation were an added bonus!

Kaylee is an incredible human who loves animals more than anything. On several occasions she’s gone the extra mile to make sure my pets are both safe and well cared for. My dog is very particular, being both dog aggressive and, honestly, people aggressive, he isn’t always the easiest to handle or care for. Kaylee has taken the time and made the effort to get to know him and let him get to know her. Going on vacations is easy knowing we’ll have her looking after him.

There was one incident when my pug was having a seizure. Kaylee didn't hesitate to take action. She calmed the dog and made sure he was done with his seizure before leaving his side. The whole time she remained calm. I was very grateful she was able to react quickly and calmly. I would recommend her to work with or care for any animal. She is calm, caring and compassionate when working with all animals.

I can’t recommend Kaylee highly enough as a pet sitter on Rover. They have a natural connection with animals and treat every pet like their own. Whether it’s going on long walks, sticking to feeding routines, or just giving extra love and attention, they’re incredibly reliable and attentive. I've always felt completely comfortable trusting them with my pets, knowing they’re in safe, caring hands. I have a reactive dog. And with Kaylees knowledge from working at HSSC, it puts my mind at ease knowing she knows how a reactive dogs behavior is. She has been a great caregiver for my animals when I need her. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone who needs a pet caregiver!
